With nearly 40 years of expertise, our trainer offered far more than just the basics. What I thought would be an introductory course turned out to be an intermediate-level deep dive.
Now, I’m equipped to service, clean, troubleshoot, and repair minor Brailler issues—and I’ve learned just how essential regular maintenance is.
From 8am to 5pm, we were hands-on every day, immersed in the learning process. The best part? Being surrounded by others who share the same passion and drive.
As a visually impaired participant, this experience was not just about gaining new skills—it was about empowerment. I left feeling capable, included, and truly inspired.
